We offer free support for a period of 1 year from the time of the product was purchased. If you wish to get support after this period, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for. Support is given on topics regarding our products specific issues. We work a 5-day week from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 +2:00 GMT. We do not work on Weekends and holidays. Lastly, we do not offer any support on modified products or on products that had copyright or credit marks removed or modified.
You are responsible to test the demo website in all browsers you need to support, before you buy. We do not promise to support future browsers not yet launched. Nor do we promise to support old browsers, even though we do our best to fallback decently.
All currently available products on our web shop are constantly revised and updated. All updates are free within the current version (for example version 1.1 to version 1.2). Major updates (for example version 1.x to version 2.x) are paid upgrades. We do not support outdated products or update discontinued products.
